For all yard pick-up orders Growers Best / U-GO Ind. is not liable for theft or accidents in yard. Hard hats and closed toe shoes should be worn if exiting the vehicle. Customer agrees to enter yard at own risk.

 

All our materials are natural products. Growers Best is not responsible for any irregularities. Color variation is normal but not always noticeable. Many of our products are screened, elongated pieces may be much larger in one direction. All prices are subject to change with out notice. A 25% fee applies to all returned materials deemed acceptable for return and must not be used in any way before return. Growers Best Organics does not pick up, returning materials is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order cancelations must be made 24 hours prior and are subject to any charges occurred,  Growers Best Organics can deliver on property but is not responsible for any damage caused by truck or delivery equipment, by signing below customer releases Growers Best Organics and U-GO Industries from all responsibility of damage including cracked or damaged concrete, driveways, water lines, underground utilities, landscaping, structures, improvements, flora or fauna.

 

You also permit our truck or delivery equipment on delivery property. Customer agrees to pay all charges upon delivery of material. If it is necessary to employ an attorney to collect the amount of this sale, buyer agrees to pay reasonable amount of attorney's fee and cost of suit, 8% per annum service charge added to past due accounts.

 

If bills are not paid in full for the materials furnished a mechanic's lien leading to the loss, through court foreclosure proceedings, of all or part of your property being improved may be placed against the property. Growers Best / U-GO Industries is not responsible for any material dumped or delivered in street or on sidewalk, customer is responsible for removing materials from the street or sidewalk and for placing reflective cones around material.
